Excursion to the farm Chianina
Have you ever eaten a juicy steak weighing one and a half kilograms? It is, of course, the famous Florentine steak. Florentine steak (Bistecca alla fiorentina) is a special specialty, which is the pride of the whole of Italy, but in particular the Tuscany region, which is the birthplace of the steak. This specialty we call "special", because it is prepared not from simple beef, but from the beef of Chiana.
Chianina is a breed of prehistoric bulls, which has been known to mankind for more than 2000 years. Etruscans and Romans revered these bulls for their delicious meat.
Our guests go to the farm and personally watch how the raw meat produces a gastronomic work of art!
